What are you foraging for this squirrel season? If you're looking to crack a few vocal nuts, buzzing, humming, sliding and yawning will help reawaken your voice. If it's all feeling a bit frantic, taking a few minutes to anchor into deep belly breathing with long slow hums and vowels can soothe frazzled nerves. If you're ready to take a flying leap to a new branch, a liberating shake and sound for a few minutes can reboot and refre. It never fails to amaze me how the magic of singing can meet us wherever we are - there really is a song for every season!   🌹 🎶 Back to School, Back to Choir!
