Dear Friend 🌹 🎶 Holiday Singing🎶🌹 Keeping this short and sweet as it's holiday season and we've all got more fun things to do than read and write emails!  I'm on working staycation in London, as the city slows down and there's time to be a tourist in and out of town. If you're also in town do join me at these fabulous events: * MyCoolSingers & BreatheHarmony NHS Choir in Concert An evening of gorgeous singing in the serene (and cool) ambience of St John the Evangelist, Upper Norwood - honoured to be supporting Mike King & Breathe Harmony NHS Choir in this special concert with MyCool Singers, £10  * Sing with the Sphinx - Saturday 20th August 2-3.30pm, £10 Come on a singing wander and enjoy sunny harmonies amongst the wild places and creatures of Crystal Palace Park.  Involves a gentle walk. RSVP How to feel like you're on holiday...even when you're not! * Friends & Fam - prioritise quality time with special peeps * Natural highs - take a walk on the wild side to beautiful places such as Hitchin Lavender - photo above by my nephew Ollie aged 8 :) *Infusing Inspiration - the arts can restore a sense of wonder - The Spooky Men's Chorale magical show included this Ukranian song Plyve Kacha * Reading adventures - I've loved escaping into Elif Sharak's novels The Island of Trees and The Forty Rules of Love. * Slow down - time to unplug, nap, daydream and get present * Shine up the house - a good clean and clearout freshens things up * Sing! - it blows away the cobwebs  Wishing you good singing vibes - wherever you're voyaging! @katierosewindow on the Socials katie@therosewindow.org www.therosewindow.org
